1. Definitions

"Client" refers to the individual or entity requesting the transfer services.
"Service" refers to the pickup and transfer of deceased individuals.
"Transfer" refers to the physical movement of the deceased from one location to another.
"Funeral Provider" refers to the funeral home or service chosen to handle the deceased's final arrangements.
"Company" refers to Freelance Major Trading As Tender Transfer Services abn: 80 642 541 292

2. Service Scope Tender Transfer Services facilitates the pickup and transfer of deceased individuals with care and professionalism. Tender Transfers can provide a list of Funeral Homes in your local area.

3. Request Process Families or authorised representatives must contact Tender Transfer Services to initiate a transfer. Requests will be processed promptly, and scheduling will be arranged based on availability and urgency.

4. Documentation Clients must provide all necessary documentation, including legal permits and authorization for the transfer. Tender Transfer Services will assist in obtaining any required paperwork if requested.

5. Safety and Respect Our team is committed to handling all transfers with the utmost respect and dignity. We adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the proper handling and transportation of deceased individuals at all times.

6. Payment Arrangements Tender Transfer Services’ fees for the transfer service will be passed on to the chosen funeral provider. If a funeral provider is not selected within 5 days following the transfer, the invoice will be sent directly to the family or individual who authorised our services. Payment must be made for services rendered. If the family encounters financial difficulties, we will provide guidance on applying for a funeral through the courts or alternative cheaper methods available. Payment must be made and completed prior to collection of the deceased by the nominated funeral home.

7. Service Availability Our services are currently available in the Greater Brisbane Area. Any limitations to service availability will be communicated at the time of request.

8. Service Modifications Any changes or modifications to the service requested by the client after initiation must be communicated promptly. Additional fees may apply for modifications.

9. Communication The preferred methods of communication are [phone, email, etc.]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within [response time, e.g., 24 hours].

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Complaints should be directed to info@tendertransfers.com.au. We will address complaints promptly and aim to resolve disputes within 30 days.

11. Amendments Tender Transfer Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to clients via email and on our website.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13. Severability If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Tender Transfer Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Tender Transfer Services provides services for the pickup and transfer of deceased individuals. By engaging the services of the Company, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses except in cases of proven negligence. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the transfer service. Personal information will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client. The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

By utilising the services of Tender Transfer Services, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from or related to the transfer services provided.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

By engaging Tender Transfers you agree that:

You are the authorised person who is able to engage Tender Transfers for Pickup.
You agree to indemnify Tender Transfers should you not be authorised.
You understand that a Funeral Home needs to be nominated within 5 business days from pickup and that the nominated funeral home must make payment of the invoice prior to collection of the deceased from our facility.
Failure to engage a funeral home may result in you making payment for the transfer costs and can incur additional admin fees.
